- Complete text in PDF format for easy printing and bookbinding. This is interior text only; no cover or cover design is included. 12 signatures (4 sheets of paper/16 pages) — 192 pages in total.
- Original Format (NOT FOR PRINT) pdf: Copy of the book in its original format (before imposition) to help with arranging pages in signatures
- Typesetting has been done with the care of a professional edition — attention to font selection, word and letter spacing, kerning, leading and elimination of widows and orphans.
- Print at home on 8.5″ x 11″ paper. Produces a 4.25″ x 5.5″ textblock when pages are cut in half and folded. You will need a printer capable of double-sided printing.
