- Typesetting has been done with the care of a professional edition — attention to font selection, word and letter spacing, kerning, leading and elimination of widows and orphans.
- Print at home on 8.5″ x 11″ paper. Produces a 4.25″ x 5.5″ textblock when pages are cut in half and folded.
- 39 signatures (4 sheets of paper/16 pages). Volume One has 312 pages, 20 signatures. Volume Two has 296 pages, 19 signatures.
- You will need a printer capable of double-sided printing.
